My Secret Sauce

My 5 top human capital attributes is my fun and loving personality, my caring advice on helping others in situations, my insight on life and always wanting to have a good time, and my knowledge on guiding others through a hardship, my creativity, and my independency.

In my reflection, the differences that exists between my perception and my interviewees' perception of my top attributes is definitely similar in some ways and I think I was kind of on the spot about them. They weren't very different, but the differences weren't a red flag as well, they are things I didn't list, but could see how I do attribute them.

  1. Hi Alexa,
I really enjoyed your post. Some of your personal attributes are definitely needed to start and run a successful business. Workers always love bosses with fun and loving personalities, and it seems that employees always do better work for bosses that they actually like to be around. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get this assignment completed on time, but in the mean time, you can check out my blog. Here is the link: https://principlesofentrepreneurship.wordpress.com
If you're able to check it out, let me know what you think by leaving a comment! Thanks, and good luck in the class!

  3. Hey Alexa,
This post was very good and I like how you were able to reflect on what your fiends said about you in a not to critical way. I think its important to have a good sense of self, and I like how this exercise was able to help us gain a bit of that knowledge. It does seem like you know exactly what some of your strengths are and that so do the people around you. I think thats a huge benefit in the business world and could be used to solve many problems efficiently! Great work! 4. Hello Alexa. Great post! I think all of the traits you listed are really important to have for business ventures or for any kind of professional environment. Being able to help and guide others is really something people look for in leadership roles. Independence and creativity are essentials in this day and age too. I wasn’t able to complete this assignment so I don’t have a link to share.
