In my reflection, the differences that exists between my perception and my interviewees' perception of my top attributes is definitely similar in some ways and I think I was kind of on the spot about them. They weren't very different, but the differences weren't a red flag as well, they are things I didn't list, but could see how I do attribute them.

ReplyDeleteThis post was very good and I like how you were able to reflect on what your fiends said about you in a not to critical way. I think its important to have a good sense of self, and I like how this exercise was able to help us gain a bit of that knowledge. It does seem like you know exactly what some of your strengths are and that so do the people around you. Hello Alexa. Great post! I think all of the traits you listed are really important to have for business ventures or for any kind of professional environment. Being able to help and guide others is really something people look for in leadership roles. Independence and creativity are essentials in this day and age too.
