Elevator Pitch No. 2

From re stating my elevator pitch I changed up some things because I spoke about the different alterations I made to the company as well as the new locations. What really stood out to me was making sure my customers were 100 percent happy and that the customer service was outstanding. I only want the best for the customers so I changed up some new apparel and I hope they like it!!

  1. Keeping customers is obviously the number one goal! Unhappy customers makes for disaster in a business, your customers is what keeps money flowing in so you can build your business.I think changing things in your product for the pleasure of your customers is probably one of the smartest things you can do in order to keep your business up and running.

  2. You have some great reflections about how you changed from the first elevator pitch to the second one. Your thoughts on this topic are interesting and you seem to have good priorities for your company. I would love to watch the video of your pitch, but it is set to private. Might want to look into that.

  3. It's great that you clearly learned things from your first elevator pitch and reflected on them in order to improve your business. The customers, in reality, can make or break the business, so it's great that you are ensuring great customer service! That factor can stand out more than the product at times, in my opinion. Keep up the good work!

  4. Hey Alexa,
I definitely enjoyed your pitch. I think you have a great idea and that you can get very far with it. I like how much you have evolved from your last elevator pitch. My idea is an online class for personal finance. Here's my link: http://rdavidshay3.blogspot.com/2016/02/elevator-pitch-no-2.html
