Interviewing Customers No. 1

SURFSUP INTERVIEWS

  1. Hi! That is so cool that you have your own surf business. It would be interesting to hear about you started it. I think the more open ended questions were more successful in terms of the responses that the customers would give, such as the question: "Do you have any suggestions on how to improve?" I also liked when the last girl you interviewed described the brand as trustworthy. Perhaps it could be a useful tool for your business to ask people how they would describe your brand in 2 or 3 words and what is the most important quality they look for in companies. Great job!

  2. Alexa, I really love the background of your post! How cool and neat! I know we are suppose to offer constructive criticisms and I am no were near the one to critique on this assignment sense I was completely confused about the whole thing. However, I didn't see where you posted the paragraphs explaining each step. Or maybe I'm overlooking it but either way I'm really impressed with your interviews and I am certainly excited to listen to your interviews and get some ideas for how to improve mine which I certainly need to (mine is awful). I have to share my link but I rather not because I am so embarrassed because I truly was super confused. Good luck though, I'm really proud! http://juliannacaroline25.blogspot.com/2016/01/customer-interviews-no-1-week-4.html?showComment=1454360989408#c8426018912645540248
