My name is Alexa Bernstein and I am a sophomore at the University of Florida. I am currently studying psychology and would like to one day be a relationship counselor. I'm from Fort Lauderdale, Florida where my entire family lives and where I was raised. I am very close to my brothers, sisters, parents, and other family members. One day I would like to travel the world and see the galaxy from afar. Since I've only been to areas in the world in which are bright cities, I would love to travel to somewhere near the North Pole so I can see the galaxy and northern lights above me. I'm very into water activities since I've grown up in Florida and often go jetskiing, boating, and water skiing. I really enjoy hanging out with friends most of the time, and feel that being with them makes me happier than being alone, although it sometimes is nice to have some alone time. When I am alone, I turn to working out at OrangeTheory Fitness to relieve stress and other feelings. I feel it's so important to work out, especially for younger people. I say this because I know if I make it a habit now, my healthy lifestyle will become a habit of mine for the future.
